Windows 10.0.0 SR0.0 or greater (Physical RAM: 16Gb) ![]() I have tried updating the graphics cards but both are 2020 versions and supposedly up to date. I remote in from a laptop also with windows and through a vpn. I just got a new work windows desktop computer today and have been having this issue with both rhino 6 and 7 installed. Once I click “OK” I am still able to get into rhino and even render using the rhino render, but I can’t ViewCapturetoFile succesfully (it saves a black screen). I have tried looking at other forums for responses to this message but haven’t found anything other than updating graphic cards. I am getting the same error message at startup.
